What to expect
This isn't a packed tour. There are really only three moments the whole weekend where everyone needs to be somewhere at a specific time: Thursday night's birthday dinner, Saturday's catamaran departure, and Sunday's airport transfers. Everything else is intentionally loose — come and go, eat when you're hungry, join in or don't. The villa is home base for the whole trip, and food and drinks are stocked basically around the clock.
No mandatory itinerary, no dress codes, no forced group activities. If you want to disappear to the pool with a book for an afternoon, that's a completely valid way to spend this weekend. See the itinerary for the rough shape of each day.
