Check your passport
Make sure it's valid at least 6 months past April 11, 2027. If it's even close, take care of it now rather than becoming the guy watching everyone else leave.
As soon as the villa is locked
Deposit #1 — Make it real
The first payment secures the house and your spot. This is the moment the trip officially moves from a good idea to an actual plan.
Once the destination is official
Book your flight
Plan to arrive in Punta Cana (PUJ) on the afternoon of April 8. Once you're booked, add your itinerary to the site so we can coordinate airport pickups without turning Chace into an air-traffic controller.
A few months out
Deposit #2 — Keep it moving
The second payment keeps everything on track and goes toward the villa and the rest of the weekend plans. By now, the countdown should be feeling very real.
A few weeks out
Final payment — Close the tab
This settles the remaining accommodations, catamaran, food, drinks, staff, transportation, and everything else we'd rather have handled before we arrive.
